This document describes the current product and separates live functionality from proposals. It is informational, not investment, legal, tax, or financial advice. Smart-contract interactions are irreversible and may result in partial or total loss.

## 1. Project

KingPulse is a decentralized trading interface and protocol on Monad. Its product direction is to make swaps and liquidity activity verifiable against deployed contracts, show the source and freshness of market data, and clearly distinguish live execution from features that are simulated, unavailable, or planned.

The platform's public identity token is KING at the address above. Always verify both the network and full address. A token name or ticker alone does not identify a token.

## 2. KING contract and controls

The platform reads the token name, symbol, decimals, total supply, owner, and pause state from Monad at runtime. A live read observed `KINGEL3BA`, `KING`, 18 decimals, a supply of `1,000,000 KING`, an owner at `0x27c97c377f43e73b1F62b317E3499B510e5a0C95`, and `paused=false`.

The contract source code is **officially verified and authenticated** on [MonadScan](https://monadscan.com/address/0x0b954D45Ebb320dEe2e0Ecfa5Ce6d30a38171a39#code) and [Sourcify](https://sourcify.dev/server/repo-ui/143/0x0b954D45Ebb320dEe2e0Ecfa5Ce6d30a38171a39) using Solidity `0.8.34` with the Cancun EVM target. The repository's `KingPulse.sol` matches the on-chain bytecode.

## 3. Token-Gated Utility & VIP Tiers

KingPulse implements a tiered holding model (Token-Gated Access) where holding or staking `KING` unlocks platform benefits, trading fee discounts, and campaign multipliers:

- **Free Tier (`0 KING`):** Basic AMM swaps, standard 0.30% fee, base campaign points.
- **Bronze Tier (`100 KING`):** 20% trading fee discount (0.24% fee), advanced TradingView charting, liquidity management, 1.5x points multiplier (up to 15 daily pts).
- **Silver Tier (`500 KING`):** 33% trading fee discount (0.20% fee), liquidity locker vault, cross-chain bridge, split routing, 2.0x points multiplier (up to 20 daily pts).
- **Gold VIP Tier (`2,500 KING`):** 83% fee discount (0.05% fee / protocol fee exemption), real-time flash arbitrage detector, intent solver, MEV protection, 3.0x points multiplier (up to 30 daily pts).

Tokens staked in the `xKING` vault are credited 100% towards user tier eligibility, enabling stakers to earn protocol revenue without forfeiting VIP platform access.

## 4. Legacy KPL staking and FeeMaker

Previously deployed xKP staking and FeeMaker contracts are bound to the legacy KPL token address `0x740d1dcF13CDd101e34dDdCE6E4B9e350Ae3373c`. Their immutable on-chain configuration cannot be changed by editing this site or its deployment JSON. KING is not the staking or FeeMaker asset in those deployed contracts.

Any future move of those functions to KING requires a separately designed deployment, independent security review, public migration and continuity plan, and clear handling of existing KPL positions. Until then, the old contracts remain distinct and must not be described as KING staking or KING fee sharing.

## 5. Platform design principles

1. **Verifiable execution:** distinguish wallet signatures, submitted transactions, and confirmed on-chain outcomes.
2. **Transparent markets:** disclose pool source, reserves, price impact, slippage, and data freshness where available.
3. **Security before incentives:** audit contract changes and define abuse protections before enabling points or rewards.
4. **No guaranteed returns:** avoid claims of fixed price, profit, or guaranteed liquidity.
5. **User control:** require explicit wallet approval and disclose the contract and network before a transaction.

## 6. Risks

KING and other digital assets can be volatile or illiquid. A displayed quote can change or fail. Users may incur price impact, slippage, fees, failed-transaction costs, smart-contract vulnerabilities, malicious-token behavior, wallet compromise, or loss from owner controls. Liquidity providers can lose value relative to simply holding assets. On-chain transactions are generally irreversible.

Do not rely on unverified links, token tickers, promotional claims, or expected future campaigns. Check the contract address, transaction details, pool reserves, and applicable laws independently.

## 7. Change history

This whitepaper is a current product disclosure, not a promise that roadmap items will ship. Any material token, contract, campaign, or migration change should update this document and retain an accessible history.
